NWA Buyout $1000 for each Year

Why this company does not offer a proper separation with maybe a year of medical paid at least 75% to bring back low paying flight attendants is beyond me. The cost up front will offset itself with lower labor over time. I just don't get it. It's like they want to purposely make everyone as miserable as possible. It's all a joke.
 
The quota was 600...they received bids from over 1800. Many more would have bid but knew they wouldn't hold it. Everyone wants OUT!
