Why this company does not offer a proper separation with maybe a year of medical paid at least 75% to bring back low paying flight attendants is beyond me. The cost up front will offset itself with lower labor over time. I just don't get it. It's like they want to purposely make everyone as miserable as possible. It's all a joke.

Why would they pay anything they just keep pissing off the loyal employees who just end up getting fed up and quiting!

The quota was 600...they received bids from over 1800. Many more would have bid but knew they wouldn't hold it. Everyone wants OUT!
