Nwa Management At It's Best

F/A's, after reading this article can there be any doubt about what must be done?

New management seems to be the only alternative to the course of action these clowns are plotting. The airline is being destroyed.

Its time for the American Worker's fury to awaken........

now that is an unbelieveable POS article if I had ever seen one. I wouldnt even let a rattle snake vote on that. Here are a few things mgmt can do: take 100% paycuts; lose all of their pension.

What's worst, the inane comments by the union officials, the reporter for printing it as fact or the newspaper for allowing the story to run?

Telling one side of the story was the only goal here, this is propoganda pure and simple. Chest thumping and calls for new management is not going to change the fact that NWA is less than 30 days from CH11, and it won't save your career, just ask the ex-NW mechanics of the AMFA.

I really can't see why the F/A's of NWA aren't on the picket line with the mechanics right now. Can't they see that they are dealing with EVIL corporate executives that can't be bargained with. Shut'em down NOW!

After reading the article, if all that was said was true, has led me to one conclusion. They want to sell the airline. They are going to Bankruptcy to strip the company down to the bare bones and get it ready for a takeover. the question that needs to be asked is who wants to wait around and be treated like dirt until it happens?

Considering that the Star Tribune receives a large chunk of its income from NWA advertising, I am surprised they are printing this. But with that fact in mind, I doubt they would have printed it without triple-checking their facts.

Between the recent events in the flight attendant negotiations and the recent NWA demands for a further 23% pay cut from the pilots and large job reductions from both groups, I find it amazing that anyone here thinks the mechanics "over reacted".

Should the flight attendants and pilots need them, we have some picket signs for them and promise not to take up ALL the good picketing spots.

I really find it amazing how the entire country is in an allegiance to conspire against AMFA. You union guys think that every thing written against AMFA is lies and everything written good about Northwest is lies. If it doesn’t promote your little union it can’t be right. Well let me tell you that we are understaffed and are keeping up with the performance of the union guys. When I say we are understaffed I mean Remove 50% from your numbers and then another 25 to 30 percent and that is what we are dealing with here. If I were working this job with the number of men you had this would be a flat out joke. The fact that you guys walked out on this job is a joke. I don't think you guys left because of the cut in pay I believe it was the loss of jobs. You didn’t strike because your brother might loss his job but you might actually have to work more than four hours out of the day.

Who is fixing the aircraft when you spend most of your time online spewing anti AMFA rheotric? Quite possible the majority of the day to day maintenance is being deferred on the fleet? Eventually it will catch up with them.

Princess, were you not one of KTO's favorites?

Why do you not understand that union management is also the "EVIL corporate executives"? You know what? I don't think KTO is in the cornfield after all. I think he is at DFW.
