I do know that the average age of a US F/A is something like 44, the youngest is 28.
First hire is 1957, last active hire is 2000. If I had to guess on average seniority, it seems like a huge portion of the list was hired in or just before 1989. Just about everyone has 20 years, if you only have one decade you may as well be on your first day of stewardess school in the eyes of your co-workers.
Continental is a fabulous airline, I've flown them a lot and thier crews especially are professional, friendly, and consistent. If I had to pick a network carrier that "gets it", that would be it.
