Well, to be honest, things are bit rocky with Debbie's MAD pilot friend. He just seems detached. I can't put my finger on it, but things are a little off. We even watched all of his Golden Girls DVD collection this weekend, bonus features and all, and he still was down.
 
You know US1YFARE, I have to ask what is it with you? You are like a broken record. You never have anything positive to say about our airline. If it is such a lousy airline why do you obsess so much about it? I don't mean to sound mean but you seem like a very miserable person. I don't think that I would like to have you as a friend. Are you just trying to stir the pot? I think that our customer service is comparable to most other legacy airlines and it is improving all the time. Isn't there something else that you can bash and leave US alone?
Is US1 setting the bar too high for you?

Unfortunately we are seeing it and it's unfortunate beacuse it's usually supervisor driven not front liners. I'm not saying it happens all the time but it does happen.
PB if it happens you can bet it is supervisor driven although it utimately comes from the always clueless Sandcastle

Not true. I have plenty of positive things to say about US frontline employees. I think it is terrible what Tempe has done to employee morale.

Oh, if this statement weren't so sad, I wouldn't be able to stop laughing. This is so untrue. The new US does not know the meaning of customer service and I can give you examples upon examples upon examples.--even some recent ones.

US1 means well, even though his post's are mean spirted towards US. Wants good change! You Go gurl!
I am very happy we are number 3, 2, or 1 for the last months or so!! :up: How is the TransAtlantic going? Will that bring US down this year? 🙁
