On Time Again- Top three six months in a row

You know, in order to get better...and that should be the goal of every employee from top to bottom...you have to take the good with the bad and figure out where the opportunities for improvement are, devise a plan to get there, implement it and make adjustments as neccessary. Constant negativity is a cancer and creates an environment that will destroy whatever is in it's path. No one is holding a gun to any US Airways employees or passengers to stay with the company. I left one of the best jobs I ever had...loved the job, loved my co-workers and colleagues. Good Job to US Airways for your On-Time Performance! Best wishes to all US Airways employees.
 
I guess some people only come on here to vent as part of their therapy of either being a disgruntled customer or employee. There really is a better and more effective therapy if it really bothers you soooo bad that 100% of your posts demagrate the employees and company. It's called find another job or airline. You'll be much happier, and the folks trying their best to make positive changes and work hard won't feel like crap after reading post after post after post from the mostly the same people that NEVER have one good thing to say.

Let's see improved on two of the three categories. Could it be the complaints are a lagging indicator behind on-time, baggage?

Focus on CO and WN and don't worry about US anymore. Let go! You might actually find some happiness.

Too bad they can't figure how to "build a buffer" for every aspect of their operation. DOT complaints are one thing--but manoshevitz, you should see how they react when you report them to the AG's office. :lol: They don't like that so much. :lol:
 
The Customer compliants did improve even though the ranking did not.

Could they be the 'squeeky wheel'-type complaints? The ones where perks are received because somebody will find something to b**ch about!

Yes, I'm sure that US's numbers are so dreadful because it is the airline with the biggest number of whiners. 🙄
 
It probably is the only airline with a "Write a Letter to the DOT" advocate running around? What % of the DOT letters are from Focus? My guess it is high.
