Unfortunately the conspiracy theories are already starting to fly across the internet. There are people saying "They said he had a gun then he didn’t have a gun" or "His wife was said to have been killed now they say she wasn’t, something fishy is going on here". No, it's called the fog of war. If you look at any military operation in history there was always confusion and contradictory remarks in the beginning. It takes some time to figure out the actual operational details. However some people want a neat little narrative from the get go that is 100% accurate. Although I suspect if they got that they would say it was way too neat and it was all made up.

I don't know about that. You are aware there are and have been problems with nuke security in the former USSR states and also paychecks for military. Several reports are on the net of ADM's disapearing and some rather larger yield portable nukes going undocumented.

I don't think they are as finatically radical as you think. Timing is everything.

What is more likely. Them getting their hands on a nuke but waiting for the right "time" to detonate it which runs the very real risk of it being discovered? Or detonating it as soon as they get their hands on it?

I don't think you'll find too much concern whether or not he was buried according to Islamic law. I don't think this mass murderer gave such consideration to the families of those who were never able to bury their dead.
