Overhaul work overseas

I just heard last night at work. The company sent a B737 to elsalvador where Usaiways sends there overhaul. It came back to DFW with 22 MEL right ups. Also a B777 went to PEK 3x in 2weeks, for 2 days at a time. Heading back there again from ORD today or tomorrow. Then back to differ route till end of month. Rumor is a fit check in PEK.

B777 is 7AL and can't remember the 737.. We at AFW was told our m&e management checkout MRO in PEK, said looks good..

Also was told AA can't find any MRO to handle the overhaul of 767 yet.

US doesnt send its 737s to Aeroman, the East ones are overhauled in CLT, the west doesnt fly the 737 anymore, they use to go to Macon, GA to Pemco.

The West 320s go to Aeroman.
