Just watched this story on GMA and as expected passengers are suing Jetblue. One passenger on this flight claims she can determine if a pilot is mentally ill by checking out the pilots when she boards the aircraft. Right....

Go ahead lady, pick Jetblue's deep pockets, pay your attorney and shut up.

The Jetblue pilot is facing serious charges and has some obvious mental health issues. For her to say that by looking at a pilot makes her a mental health expert.

Need to have all passengers sign waivers that they will not sue airlines. No one forced her to fly on an airplane.............did they ?

A waiver or add another fee to the ticket. Airlines will just pass the liability costs on to the passengers.
