:down: Flight 770 scheduled departure 6:50p PBI-CLT Boeing 757. ALWAYS LATE..average OT factor only 10% this month! ALWAYS FULL w/tons of CONNECTIONS we have to bust! Especially a week like we've had system wide, with many passengers being delayed for 3 days or more because we couldn't get them to their destinations, can you imagine the embarrassment when I have to tell them again SORRY, the flights DELAYED and you WON'T MAKE YOUR CONNECTION and since this is the last bank of the evening from CLT, I have NO MORE flights TILL TOMORROW??!! This is totally unacceptable and I am so OVER IT! :angry:
