Can someone PM me on how to fill out page 35 in Catcrew for a payclaim?

After looking at my duty recap, I believe I am entitled to 1-3.5 on a particular date.

they have all those forms on theHub and you can submit it online. Warning though...every claim I have put in in the past few months were denied 2-3 times. Keep resubmitting them until you get paid. It's the new cost cutting trick by the sandcastle.
I put in a holding claim (with all the details "boarded with pax ---hours...). It was "denied" because they needed more details such as "were we boarded with pax..." !!!!

i never new option 35 existed... i always submit it on the hub.
