Would anyone here want to speculate as to what would happen if a legal job action took place at PIT express while PHL and CLT are suffering from an employee shortage? Assume it happens during the Thanksgiving holiday and extends through most of December.

It is a likely scenario if PSA and IBT fail to agree on an arbitrator.
