There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to reinstate DCA-CLE-DCA service. You would be directly competing with Continental which is a battle you'd lose.

CAK would be the best route for DCA. CLE is best left with PHX, PHL, CLT for US.

A DCA-CAK-DCA would do quite well i think.

I think a 6th CLT-PHX flight should be added to accomodate all of the connections. It caould leave at 1130a which would be nicely spaced between the 920a and 205p departures. Of course, it would help if CLT had more links to the west coast, like say PDX and more LAX and SFO flights.
