That's an interesting sentence.........did they ask the other cities to "tweek" their offers??
I wonder what the 3 different-sized facilities are?

At the Phoenix meeting, US Airways executives asked the city to "tweak" its initial offer and include the potential cash savings for three different-sized operations facilities.

No need for PIT or CLT to even put anymore effort into trying to get this operation in their city....US knew all along where they were going with this.....
