Pit/csd Started To Close

Last night 14JUNE was the last night for one of my favorite people.he understood what customer service was all about.He knew how to talk to and help his fellow reps along with helping the psgrs.His sense of humor was very funny and at times different.If you were calling for help in the last couple of weeks you would get BOB.SAM. or what ever he came up with,until you gave your name and you were in INT/PIT then he would tell you this is Frank.Take care buddy you will be missed.

Frank was an awesome agent...worked hard and very balanced....at least with his decisions...your right he's gonna be missed....although better things await him...and the rest of the crew....time to move on...

Frank you will be missed.... I will be joining you in 8 days....Hopefully I will make it...Just heard tonight that 250 more MNL reps go on the phones next week and the English is not as good as the crew on now. God Help us!!!!!!! I feel sorry for my friends that have to stay and try to assist the MNL reps. It's no fun! Lot's of luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

I didnt mean any disrespect by not mentioning our other co-workers,Frank was the one that I related to the closest we are both veterans and veterans have a certain bond.I loved working with all of you,we were and are the best USAIRWAYS has to offer.

And what a sad weekend it was!!!!! I said goodbye to some of the best people I have ever met. Non stop tears today from the time I walked in until I left. I love you guys. I'll miss our SAturday disco nights, our breaks, and your laughter. For me, I'll be saying good bye to at least one person a day from now until the 29th of July. I hope you all come back the day the lights go out and we'll clap eachother out one last time, then we'll have some drinks. The first round is on me!!!!!!!!!!
