You are correct, very well done, ads for the airline very fresh and the maps are very appealing. The monthly greeting from Doug Parker comes across as most sincere (anyone know whether HE really writes the piece) and I look forward to seeing what he accomplishes

Did we see the same magazine? Worst conglomeration of stuff I've ever seen printed...at least in an airline magazine 😉 The mag, which doubles as a Las Vegas and Phoenix convention and visitors bureau pamphlet, has horrible maps and an exceedinly poor customer service section (see magazine thread). If this is any indication of the state of affairs, we're in trouble.
