Are we losing folks to McDonalds?

I got one to top you. My company is losing employees to US Airways.

I really don't know, just pointing out what the starting wages are with Express vs McDonalds. Start someone at under $7 hr and you get what you pay for. Curious what the average senority is for CSA in Express?
