Question for East pilots

To one degree or another all of us think differently, it seems natural to assume that other people share our perceptions and interpretations of events. This assumption holds true until we reach a basic fundamental disagreement about something we both have experienced. The award has proven that.

I dont care about "merit","experience","who's right or wrong", etc.

The only thing that matters is REALITY.

Common sense will tell most of us that sooner rather than later this will become one operation whether we like it or not.

The company may whipsaw the West, the company may whipsaw the East. Legal precedents are in favor of West, but that does not preclude the possibility of fences in a CBA. As for the list being thrown out or re-ordered, that is very unlikely to happen.

So back to the question of REAL LIFE CONSEQUENCES of this situation.

Do you think the West will migrate in mass to the East? Vice versa? Equal base swaps? Will you upgrade sooner? Later?

Uh, I refuse to work with a "female" who has a depilatory problem on their upper lip. It implies there are other parts of her that she refuses to take care of. That would be a hygienic problem that would have the potential to inflict unnecessary harm on myself, especially in a closed environment like a cockpit.

It has to do with a contract enforced by the government, one that enforces basic hygiene for co-workers. So, what is your problem? Acting kinda silly now?
