Question on Piedmont Hertiage plane

Was just reading on the justplanenews website that the June 15 dedication of the Piedmont hertiage plane has been changed & no new date at this time.
Does any one know why ?

and i got a question, is public able to go to the event ??/
my dad works for US, i want to go though, can i ????
