RALLY! IN PHOENIX!

We will follow up with VIDEO! We never believed we work have to resort to anything to help the process. We thought we could count on our HIGHER UPS' to help. But! Unfortunately! everyone in charge has NO CLOUT! Why are we paying anyone to be incharge when only DOUG PARKER and SCOTT KIRBY run this company. Who the H### do they think they are! ALSO! I will implicate their lawyers. And I would bet it starts with a Mr. Hemenway (Who the H### does he think he is!). Who really cares if we spell his name wrong.
Hemmingway does not have horns. He does what the investors tell him to do. I don't know why you guys make a big deal about Hemmingway, Glass, whoever. Hemmingway doesn't make Boss Canale sign those goofy contracts. He is only the representation of the investors and he does what they tell him to do.

The industry has changed, therefore, Hemmingway will be back to the negotiations table because the investors want a TA with Labor due to future industry consolidation. Bottom line.

Well not sure if this was round 2 of the rally in PHX...but around noon today outside gates B6 there were about 50 rampers gathered around tugs and baggage carts rallying. It was an interesting site, sort of like a wagon train of tugs/carts going around in a circle. At times one ramper would get up on top of the tug and make statements.
 
just curious what type of message is being sent to management with the rallys

other than a bunch of people standing around on the tarmac doing there break.

Why don't we start making signs and walking around the airport with them?

We have to go in front of A-6 where management hangs out so they see us.

Lets just do something other than just stand around screaming like neanderthols. Hahha

I still think adding a bagtag to customers bags is a good tool. That got companies attention right away!

That is the action that will work. Take it to the customer.

Do not take it to the shareholder, they do not care as much as people like you to believe.
Do not try to change Unions, already proven to be a losing proposition.
Do not change your leadership team, too late to effect any change. The guys in charge are losers, but we put them there and a change will not work.

Show in an eloquent way the plight of all USAir workers, not just the Ramp, to the paying customers in the form of letters attached to their baggage, tucked into their seat backs, in Galleys, in bathrooms in terminals, etc etc, and you will quickly get all of the press you can ever hope for. You use the same letter in multiple cities, and ensure that the bag's tagged are both originating and transfer bags so that management can not point to one person.

This will be effective, and to the point, and get more action than any of the other nonsense that is being proposed on this board.
 
Cut the Chase! The company denies the Orders of OSHA. They want to control the results of the orders of the government. They RIPPED the organized/reciprocated briefing on January 4th out of the UNION CASE!
Supposiably it was not to company standards and they Jimmied the glass case. We are at our OWN RISK!

when is the next rally, we should march outside the airport and the sand castle, let the media know as well!!!
