Most customer service agents ( in res) do not have on-line access at work and if they do (CHP) and are caught accessing the internet can be dismissed immediately. ....So, NO they are not logging on at work....

Res is highest--excuse me customer service--because--oh dear here come the comments---they've been hit the hardest. Closing 9 res offices and taking those cuts in pay. Probably, if you asked most retired, furloughed, quit were mostly res too.

Hmmm. It appears the majority are Customer Service and reitired, furloughs, resigneds. Interesting. By the way, Customer Service would include all groups represented by the CWA, not just RES.
