Republic Airways Sets Ipo At 5 Mln Shares

Funguy2:

LOA 91 provides contractual and seniority integration rights for MDA and other J4J pilots, as well as desired alternatives if the acquiring carrier does not honor LOA 91.

If the two companies have pilots represented by ALPA than ALPA Merger Policy and the Joint Negotiating Committee protocol will apply.

If both pilot groups are not represented by ALPA than there is no clear cut protocol.

Also, how is it that in point 4, US Airways ALPA gets to dictate the labor terms of a sale in which they have no stake (i.e. PSA sold to Mesa Air Group, no active US Airways ALPA members involved)?
If Comair/ASA win the DFR lawsuit against ALPA, they probably won't.

Had the CCair guys had the cash for a lawsuit, they would not.
