Res Office Closure...

Driftereno is a really great person who retired from usairways Res several years ago and had to get another job.
She has posted that her salary over there is less than half of what we make.
So take it with a grain of salt.

I know a lot of former workers are bitter after being furloughed or moved too many times, but most of them appreciated their experience and benefits
at usairways.

We all know that working under these bankruptcies, pay cuts and worker shortages are a nightmare. Hopefully things will get better for us within a year or so, or maybe some of us will be into our new jobs and careers.

Drifterreno may have retired from U, but has been a regular on these boards. She worked res in several U offices before her retirement and as a retiree has a vested interest in the company. She was also helpful in getting acurrate information regarding HP wages and bennies (which U management managed to skew). I never thanked you for the info, but I hope you know that I was grateful to you the time you gave to us while dealing with hurricanes. I hope all is well on the FLA front now.

LOL, ok I guess it'll be next week since nobody is ever behind the controls on the weekend.......Alrighty, maybe it wont be next week either because monday is a holiday and the people in charge probably won't come in till late on Tuesday and we all know they leave early on Friday so that really only means you have two full days of productivity.

So that means we probably won't find out till March because there's only 28 days in February and they'll probably be spending the first 13 days of the month looking for an appropriate Valentines Day gift for A320pilot. 😛

They have been announcing it every day for the past 2 weeks. Every day Kerry is coming to our office. Every day its changes from INT to PIT. I DON"T CARE ANYMORE!!! When it HAPPENS it will HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Fla is okay but might have to make another quick trip there for not good reasons. Write me anytime in private and we'll chatt.
