Scott Brown wins Mass. Senate seat!

Why did he support the popular health care for all in MA?

I guess it is good for MA, but bad for the rest...

Last I heard it is a catastrophic failure but you won't hear about it on the mainstream media....

Suddenly Obama and his progressives are willing to step back and let Brown be seated...funny...why's that?

They know he will vote against HC.....and now, if you have studied Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals"....you will find they have targeted him for their villain.

Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.

What is interesting is that Brown voted for the Massachusetts health care for all plan, and he favors allowing abortion.
This is what he said today about health care reform:

Washington Post:
There are some very good things in the national plan that's being proposed...

FOXNews:
On health care reform, he said he wants "everyone" to have some form of health care coverage, but questioned plans to slash Medicare and raise taxes to do it.

NewsBusters:
I never said I was gonna do everything I can to stop health care. I believe that everybody should have health care, it's just a question on how we do it.

Maybe because he knows, first hand, how terrible healthcare in Mass. is and wants to stop it from going national !

If he wants to stop this HC bill.....slam dunked through at all costs with all forms of corrupt practices to get it through as a monument to Obama and not the American people.....then so be it. Time to start over.

This administration will go down as the most corrupt in history.....I thought Bush/Cheney were bad......

I think Obama may have a few cards hidden up his sleave. Like maybe a Republican or two that he thinks he can flip to his side.

In light of recent events, any republican who choose to do so would be the end of their political career.

At first I thought that might indeed be the case.

At second glance the Dems look like they are on the run. That's because deep down their arrogance wouldn't allow them to even entertain the possibility of losing Kennedy's seat. Well they lost it and the Poop is on the fan big time.

We shall see! It's a long way from November, 2010 and the Republicans lately have found a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory to many times

Mass ranks number 7 in healthcare for US. Where does you state rank?

Coakley blew a layup of an election, she tried to coast, and when it got close, she went with the negative campaining that everyone is tired of.

You know how us liberals are, free thinkers. Coakly turned out to be an empty suit (Palin), so we voted for the best candidate. Brown would probably be pegged as a liberal by you anyway.

Well if you ain't the lead dog then the view never changes! So who are the 6 that do better? I'd argue that Mass is ranked 7th due to the great PRIVATE SECTOR Hospitlals that sprung up there, attracting the brightest and best to the region. These institutions were long established before the Kennedy's and well before Obama was out of diapers.

thank you Master of the obvious

One could argue that politicians one and all are empty suits. That's why they're in politics because they couldn't cut it in the real world.

Speaking of negative.....watch what they try and lay on the GOP regarding HC now that they lost their deciding vote.

Liberal is ok..........progressive is poison.

Potential upcoming conversation ?

(BO to Olympia Snowe ® Maine)

"I'm thinking of building 10 years worth of new Navy destroyers. Bath Maine is very high on my list, but the yard may have to DOUBLE it's current staff". 🙄 🙄

Political history tells me, ol' "Ronnie" worked that way !

Would snow long and hard come re-election, with unBearable political repercussions.

Bribes unpopular as electorate finds this tactic unBearable if you failed to notice.

Maine's Arlen clone.

Liberal conceit: GOP wins (Newt ’94, Brown ‘10), it’s anger. Dems win (BHO ’08), it’s hope & change, sweetness & light.
