DependsThe older ones have been working since you were in diapers.
Ok... but the question is, are they now worth what they are being paid? If so... GREAT. But often I find that the question should be asked of all employees, but isn't.The older ones have been working since you were in diapers.

Yeah,
And you probably think d.o.h. and seniority don't account for anything. So we should start off making full pay and get paid less as we climb in seniority? Hmmm, so when you finally learn how to do the job you no longer hold any value; but, when you're young, dumb, and maliable you're worth more? In my station I'm a Fleet Service Lead, the Station Training Coordinator-"Below the Wing", the E.A.P. Coordinator, I'm involved in Ramp Safety, the P.A.W.O.B. committee, and handling Tech. Pub. Manual Revisions. I don't get compensated any more for doing these responsibilites. Let's see though, a rookie who's still wet behind the ears is more valuable than me because he has a younger, stronger back? Maybe I'm being a little heavy worded; but next time you ought to express your statements about senior agents a little less strongly.
I hope none of us ever has to wear Depends; but if we do we'll see who's laughing then.
