I was not aware that M Romney specified how long one can be on government aid. From what I have read, G Romney caught a break when the stocks they bought increased in value. Had he not had such good fortune we would not be having this conversation.

I do agree that we need to reform the system to make it easier for people to get back on their feet and take the incentive out of staying on government aid for any longer than needed.
