CLT has a lot of more operations, but that won't have any bearing at all on the final decision.between PHX and CLT, which city has more operations & passenger movements.. including the WO's?
ahh .OK 😀i was thinking more in the line of incentives.
So it seems you're implying the people that work in PHX SOC DON'T know how to run an airline? No, I'm not talking about management in Tempe .I'm talking about the employees in SOC. Why exactly do you think they can't run an airline?Personally all SOC ops should just be transfered to the folks out east in their current location. From what I have heard, they actually know how to run an airline.

Mainly that their crew scheduling can run an airline without tagging.
Ah, that explains it. You are a bitter west crew member that thinks they won't get "tagged" if the East takes over.
Well let's see: the west CONTRACT allows tagging, and it is done when there are a limited number of reserves available to cover open trips. Those are issues related to the contract and staffing . .both are things that crew schedulers and SOC personnel have no control over. I don't know if hte east contract allows tagging or not, but based on other posts I have read here, the reserves back east rarely get to their minimum guarantee.Well they do not use tagging and they run an international airline in a part of the country that sees lots of blizzards and hurricanes ... one thunderstorm in PHX and all he11 breaks loose.
