Who says the Southwest Effect isn't still working?  Some fares are over 30% lower with the Southwest Effect.  I mentioned this over a year ago that this would stretch out to the over seas flights and international.  Just wasn't expecting as high as 30% reductions, not a bad start at all:

Here's a real good independant company doing research on the Southwest Effect still working. This article also shows just how effective and how important Southwest is to the DFW market. Fares were 25% lower even at DFW Airport where Southwest doesn't even have one single flight from. So, I forget who it was that challenged me after my first "Southwest Effect" still working post, but here you go, it's still working. And BTW, it is also working internationally as well.
