Spirit having a hard time coming out of BK

Spirit is having such a hard time coming out of BK that they just fell back in the pool. I wonder why?

Now that's how to gain customers!!!

And here are a couple articles kicking off the beginning of the end of Spirit Airlines.
Actually weez, I am in hopes that Frontier will step in a buy Spirit. Mainly to save the employees jobs. I also think (but do not know for sure) that Frontier will come out of being an ULCC and move into the LCC cat. folks are just tired of the ULCC's nickel and diming people to death.

Nah I want all the ULCC’s to die. Those workers can move into better run Companies where they can get better pay and benefits. Let the 4 Majors absorb the bones of Spirit.

And BTW don’t know if you’ve seen some of the videos of their employees. They’re nasty and treat customers like garbage. Other Airlines don’t need to take in that trash.

Cranky Flier put this out just two days ago.

If Spirit goes away, the Frontier might make it as a ULCC. If Frontier merges/acquires/purchases Spirit they then will focus on more premium flyers and step up into the LCC group, all my opinion as Frontier has said the ULCC's are dying out as customers are more focused on comfort flying and premium flying.

I agree with Scott Kirby. I don’t care how cheap the fares are, it has to get to a point if you’re treated like complete chit it just isn’t worth it.

Premiums fliers want more that ULCC’s don’t and can’t offer. And a ULCC just doesn’t have the size and scope to transform themselves into carriers like AA, DL and UAL. Remember those 3 mainly became who they are today by close to 100 years of mergers and gobbling up other failures.

SWA even is still new to that landscape and I’m not sure if what Elliot forced your Airline to do is ultimately going to be a good long term business decision? You’re not really an Airline that’s thought of that can offer luxury. Being honest.

Did you read the Cranky Flier piece? Comments are always interesting.
