If you are perusing,
please LET the station managers prepare the work bids.
This has been done long before the merge- they know what works & what does not.

What you see on paper, and say 'oh this will work' you are not there to work it..

I have almost 29 years, the bids are a disgrace-
So please tend to Corporate affairs, and let the managers run their stations.

What works on paper most often does NOT work in the world of Aviation. Agreed, the Managers along with a Union Rep and input from CS Sups or Lead Agents should be making the schedule. I guess worst case senerio, You work with the Bid they give you, it Fails and the Metric Goals and Not Met. Then DoUgIe and the Boys DONT GET THEIR BONUS and the Bid will go back to Whom should be making it.
