Pretty sure Delta won't care. Heck, it may start a fare war and all passengers flying them will reap the rewards, as it should be during fare wars.
Sun Country may want to consider a merger with another ULCC so to better compete if the JB/Spirit merger goes through. However, if it does go through, there goes a big ULCC and JB is not an ULCC.
