Sunday night in CLT

This Sun. night another total mess in CLT. Bags piled up outside baggage service. Lines way out the door. Bags missed hundreds & hundreds & I'm being nice here. Way to many intl flts trying to connect to same bank & Tempe it does NOT work if you want the bags to make.
Does any one really care or willing to try & fix this mess ?
Why not just send us some more new hires ? The ones you send don't stay.

you know what's fun to do sometimes , BAG FORTS!!! yeah we used to get backed up as the old AWA so we'd make forts with the bags , every now and then when things were going REALLY bad we'd have HUGE bag forts , it's also fun to build two forts that way you can throw things at the guys in the other forts ! If your working up stairs it might be harder to do but you could always try building a bag coustmer serive counter .. lol can you see that ?

I know you all are doing the best that you can, but we've been through this so many times with no solutions in sight.

Tempe simply does not care. If they did, it would have been addressed and solved by now. The guys and girls in power just need us to hold on for them a little bit longer while they make sure every last dime is squeezed out of the airline before they make their great escape.

Our only allies besides the customers are the press, and only when it's in their interest. We keep dishing them dirt, and they'll keep looking for an exclusive to run at 5, 6 and 11.

At this point, however, it doesn't appear that even embarassment can change how the Cactus Cabal operates.

We cover up a manager only tug with bags he went nuts trying to fine it.

Too bad someone wont take a stand and say no flights dept until all bags cleared thru customs and rescreened. Just think of all the delays on the last bank that would appear every weekend. Of course, its much easier to just go on time and let the downline agents deal with the mess and apologize for being "last in bag claims" and tell everyone we're working on the problem. (month after month after month)

I've been told that the solution as an agent is to quit caring. It's the only way to survive. Oh, and also look for a new job while this airline spirals into chapter 7.

Just keep going to work until there is no longer an airline to work for----which, by the way it looks like may be sooner then we think at this rate!

Maybe looking for another job in the interim may be advisable also...
