Unlike you, I think it's OK for GoFundMe to take that step if they choose.Clearly, someone else stepped in to provide the service that GoFundMe found offensive to their sensitivities. And that's entirely OK with me. It's how a free market should work.
Prior to 1964 society treated blacks as second class citizens and denied them service on a regular basis. Whether or not a similar scenario is possible I don't know but the laws are in ace to ensure that it does not.

Funny how you complain about Christians trying to legislate morality yet when it suits your liberal agenda's you turn a blind eye to it.

Typical liberal double standard.

Legal equality has nothing to do with morality.

Perhaps the laws put in place to prevent race discrimination went too far? Affirmative action was intended to fix separate but equal, and wound up creating separate standards that have since been proven in the courts to cause harm.

When a law intended to help one group of people starts to cause harm to other group of people, it's time to revisit or repeal it.

For the most part I agree. I think AA had good intentions but was doomed from the the start. Little to no investment was made in schools, job training, out reach, infrustructure... they tried to fix one small part with out addressing all the other problems.

You posted an OPINION, not fact.
Very top of the article states its the Author's Opinion.

His and many others with JD's, like Justice Kennedy and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr.

Curious, isn't that what the Supreme Court issues?

Opinions?

Here's how a RFRA (and the marketplace) should work:http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/allen-mcconnell-toledo-refuses-gay-marriageNobody was disenfranchised, and nobody had to violate their own principles.
Perhaps I missed something but he is a civil employee. He does not get to pick and choose who he serves. I think k he is performs the marriages before him or he finds a new job. Perhaps someone will make up a religion that is against old folk, women, mentally challenged, pick what ever group you want.... what happens when Christians become a minority... can we discriminate against them?

You discriminate against them now.
Nope. They are a civil servant. The same sex couples pay taxes just like everyone else. The civil servant can do his/her job or find a different job.
