I believe this. But I’m currently happy with both my Main Street and Wall Street gains. Retirees however may get the short end of the stick if they cashed out and locked in too early? They may need to consider rejoining the Workforce for a little while?

And FACTS are if GE builds those washers here in America 🇺🇸 (Build not Assemble) there will be competition on washers coming from other Countries like China. So the Chinese manufacturers will have to price their products to compete with the GE brand.

Meaning they will have to eat the majority of their Tariff costs. Unfortunately that could mean their workers are paid less to be able to sell.

I have a GE Microwave from 1984. Here’s a clue if you don’t want to worry about inflation. Don’t buy things you don’t need and if something breaks find a repairman 👨‍🔧 instead of just chucking the product in a landfill.

Well the Chinese didn't seem to mind taking those jobs from Americans so I don't mind if they pay the Chinese less.

China is a ticking time bomb anyway. Anybody with any brains figured that out long ago. Anything we can do to speed that process up only helps us in the long run.
