Has any ballots or voting instructions been received yet? Would someone please post the options givin to each member for their voting, write-in, speak in, and union choices listed? Thx in advance and good luck...

Basically, it has been talked about before here.Write-in and speak-in options including:1. IAM2. IBT3. Other 4. None.

I've had it with you. I'm tired of the lies by king rat, Sito who is an anti labor uneducated company prick [see his anti labor United airline contract]. Your ignorance has now prompted me to 'fully engage'. Therefore, I am going to inform the US AIRWAYS MX of exactly how long they will be waiting for 'real negotiations' since the "Association" will MOST DEFINATELY cause another rerun all by itself, next year if the mx are lucky. Anyone who believes or is spewing that the "Association" is not going to be a representational dispute is a drunken liar or just another ####. The simple facts are that IF the IAM wins, and If the TWU wins at AMR, then the TWU is UNDER CONTRACT to petition for single carrier [has not a damn thing to do with any negotiation style] within 6 months of the effective date. The company will LOVE THAT since the company knows that, unlike fleet service, the US AIRWAYS/AMR MX have more than a trichotomy going. It is utterly reasonable to suggest that during the "Association" vote, that a few hundred will vote no union, a thousand plus will write in IBT if they have to, a thousand plus will vote in AMFA if they have to. Perhaps hundreds will write in IAM, and I bet at least a thousand write in TWU. There is seemingly no way the Association can get the majority of all votes cast so welcome to yet another run off sometime in 2015! If you don't think Parker is laughing his arse off because of the necessary delay with yet ANOTHER election triggered by "The association" then you are fooling yourself. Parker will have NO IDEA who he will be negotiating with, even if the TWU and IAM win against the IBT because the association will have a great chance of triggering another run off. The quickest way to negotiations is to vote for the IBT if that is someone's question. Me, personally, it benefits me if all mx vote for the IAM since I have an iam pension and would possibly be screwed a 3rd time with a future benefit cut if more members bailed out of it. I'm going to write a letter and post it on here, sometime this weekend, regarding the timelines that are most predictable. Too much bull #### from the IAM that it makes me sick and now I have to waste my own personal time.

Long winded, but a post that makes a lot of sense.

It would be my guess that the contract of '08 will still be in effect in '18.

Tim Looks like the IAM is setting up yet another possible Failure for the Membership if the IBT Fails to get in!!
I would like to read that letter.
They have Failed for years just look at our pay checks and our totally forgotten AMT brothers on layoff along with 41 maintenance stations down to 20 and the benefits like full sick pay and profit sharing and the list goes on and on.

Time to stop the ABUSE! I don't want the IAM or TWU with this threesome BOTH of them are ugly!!!!!

MY vote is IBT!

Guess you dont know how to read, the members will be voting on the alliance after SCS is filed.

You make this too easy joshie.

Word on the street there will be no vote. Its done dill, members will not have a say on this.

Travis, someone always F's things up. In this case, 700. I'll have the letter complete by tomorrow evening and I put it on here and you can copy it and post it everywhere. Upfront, I should be fair and say that my personal opinion is biased so I have an interest in the mx to keep the IAM. I'm not saying that is the best option for the mechanics nor am I encouraging one union over an other. The letter will be written as an IAM member disputing all the Bull S that, unfortunately, my union has spread. The focus will simply be on the lengthy delay in the process of negotiations that the 'association' will necessarily cause in negotiations. Neither the TWU or IAM gives a damn about negotiations and especially the IAM has F'ed up negotiations. I believe the association is a good thing for fleet, but the dichotomy [tri] with mx necessarily means that Parker will have NO IDEA who to negotiate with for a MINIMUM of 2 more years. The association may be a good thing for MX but it will NEVER make it into negotiations for at least 2 more years. The quickest path to negotiations is clearly with the IBT. It wipes out any future election, wipes out any future run off, and cuts about 18 months off of negotiation delay. I say that as a matter of fact since King company Scar Sito continues to blow smoke up our members arses.

Haven't the Teamsters and Corporate America advocated for cutting the earned benefits of current retirees? Teamsters are going down at USA and have forged cards at AA.

Tim I look fwd to reading it.
PS When it comes to 700 I have hip boots for the bull S###!
Have A Blessed Day my union brother 🙂

Ladies and gentlemen of US airways. Remember this posting above. If the teamsters do by chance win this election at US then this guy is promising (once again) to bring you guys to an industry leading contract, as he has promised in his video presentation. This will once again be a promise the teamsters cannot keep (amongst many others) once they are in at US. Also notice the pension promises as well. Al the same that was promised to the UAL/CAL guys and they too never saw any of them. Don't fall for the BS guys, you will regret it afterwards...

I have been telling people this for years. The teamsters/ibt haven't changed in well over 75 years. They are still tied and never left their marriage to the mob/mofia, gangsters, what ever you want to call it. And as this man stated in the video, "it is the members of the unions that also suffer". Now you will see the teamsters/ibt spend your dues monies to represent these 2 individuals from the teamsters local that get even more charges brought against them than any of the others involved and mentioned. You guys really still want this corrupted, organized crime organization STILL married to the mob as your representational union??? It will NEVER stop with the teamsters, they are in too deep and they will continue to spend the members dues monies to support all their illegal activity that they are still doing and will do in the future. It's called "MARRIED TO THE MOB" Ladies and Gentlemen. You've been warned!!!

Id rather have a corrupt union than a union that has its tail between its legs. Go Teamsters. The reason we have unions today is because of the corruption Teamsters started back in the day. Remember Teamsters was the 1st Union.

The labor movement in the United States grew out of the need to protect the common interest of workers

The formation of the Federal Society of Journeymen Cordwainers (shoemakers) in Philadelphia in 1794 marks the beginning of sustained trade union organization among American workers.

If you don't know, then best you don't say anything.
