Our medical/dental/vision is covered by ups no direct out of pocket cost unless you count union dues 2.5 times hourly pay per month. Contract negotiations are going slow our contract became amendable in November, 2006 for the most part the Teamsters have been treating us good especially when management wants to discipline you for finding something wrong with the aircraft or they just feel like harassing you. You could not work for UPS and Be Happy with out a union. Just remember that a union is only as good as it leadership and its members ability to stand united at all times!!
