Malloy is a lap dog, toss him..

McMullen, another lap dog, toss him. (He needs to take his pal Spenoid with him)

Rudo, lap dog, toss him.

Merrill, lap dog, toss him.

Basically all the East US people, all bald tires.. Coudn't get another job in the industry if
they tried.. McMullen and Rudo, two of the biggest liars in the company.

These 2 directors need to go,any one on the US east want the job Please. Owen Rogers. Director,Sharon Grey , Director. Craig Harry Managing Director, Materials and Purchasing is a Yes man needs to go also.

sounds like they are all a bunch of lap dogs and yes men/women. Probably how they got the job in the first place.

I know of a management group that appears to downsize so that they may receive their severance. They know they will have to move, have no intentions to and would like their severance. All who work for them are scared to death that they are operating with an agenda that accelerates their demise. The demise of the group under them goes right with their intentions. Rather than thinking creatively they are full steam ahead on what they think AWA wants or are stearing AWA on cost savings while hiding the risks involved. AWA, advise, you should be thinking very critically on things from the US side....
We are afraid to come foward because if we do, it just means we will be on the street that much faster.

Google search critical thinking. PLEASE

Actually, not really afraid...hoping face time with the aforemention group as listed above will result in a possible reversal after AWA gets to know them. Ya know, if AWA can't figure it out..........what's that tell you?

No one in this group, except Oehme, can COUNT on having a job after the ops cert becomes 1. Some are needed during the transition and will be gone, eventually. And this is not a complete list even. And at least one will be retiring in early 2006. Everything is fluid at this point. Let's hope upper management learns fast and keeps only the best...

one last...the director....has no idea what a certain group does.............no idea....only what those or he or it tells him....shame and as you guys say totally DOWN...hopefully not gone and not forgotten............

I would like to know whats the differance between Managing Director and Director ..?? About 40K a year..??

Which one outsourced or bought those China overhauled engines that came apart..?? Anyone heard about that..?? Of course not..!!

They ALL are lap dogs..!!!
