Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

Still no word from Judge Conrad, two weeks now? I'll ask again, has anyone ever seen Conrad and Kasher in the same room at the same time? What's the legal term for judicial constipation?

Ooh Black Schwantz, that hurts. But seriously, it's quite obvious I know how it all works because of your reactions to my posts.

And as I keep telling you, call TP to verify what I say.

Guys, he is full of crap!

Very little statement about being a pilot, but claims to have been the grievance chair....well, I figure he was on management's side of the table. Or even worse, was chair of Orinstein's grievance board at Mesa.

Not trustworthy....as I am sure you all know.

I'm beginning to think Kasher will never rule on LOA 93.

Can an arbitrator claim: "the dog ate my homework"?

In my rusty math...I thought the end of the couple of months, quoted by the phone conversation, plus 30 days to discuss, came out to the last of September. May be off, tho.

Even though Move2 CLT is in bed with TP, I still doubt he has a freakin clue. 😀

Guys, I'm trustworthy. Don't listen to him.

I know reality hurts but you need to embrace it. Im up on all this stuff.

You're not getting snapbacks and Nicolau is not going away. You'll stay on LOA93 until you figure it out.

Someone better ship a trailer load of Zoloft westward when they double bang Team Tempe and Leospanked.

OK, I can cut you some slack......you were young and stupid, serving as grievance chair for Orinstein's management team at Mesa must have really sucked. Sort of like Wormtail serving "he who's name is never spoken."

It's ok....you are in the day light now and can forget all that baggage that you have been carrying around. We will accept you as you are, as long as you keep the BS down.

Glad you mentioned JB...all due respect to him and TP

I flew a trip with JB a few weeks ago. When we arrived at crew planning to return to the US, we found that our aircraft had an MEL that had been placarded and removed a few times over 6 weeks. I had flown that aircraft just a couple of weeks before. The MEL had a 10 day repair category, but the company kept taking it off MEL and returning it.

JB had a heated conversation with MX control while on the phone in Europe. He finally got off the phone and we were ready to head out to the aircraft. He told me that he had one more call to make. I was very surprised and proud of him when he called and woke up Yarcko at 2-3am EST and talked to him like he was a little kid.

That afternoon, I went to the hotel in Philly and flew another trip the next day. I ran into Yarcko and asked him about aircraft XXX. It was going into maintanence that evening and was grounded. That, folks is what it takes to get an aircraft repaired these days.
