Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

It is completely irrelevant if US Airways gets this Injunction or not. USLAPPY can't win this no matter which way it goes. Parker will just pick up a bigger stick. Your Illegal job action is not going to be tolerated regardless of what the Judge does or does not do. Although I think a PI is virtually guaranteed. Just as guaranteed your 190 guys will stay on WIC food stamps for the foreseeable future, all thanks to you and your scab-like-greed.

You were frothing at the mouth not too long ago, with all the predictions and such. It still might happen, and Parker might win, then you will be high fiving. Lets' hope for a two edged victory, LOA 93 pay restoration win, and injunction conjunction denied.

MACCREEAY to face perjury charges? Once he planted himself on that stand and took an oath and lied....wow...stay tuned once the judge agrees with the company. He and a few others have broken the trust with their fellow employees....Gloves are off....

Okay. I will. But that still does'nt change the fact that you are the predominant and preeminent ass on the forum

And that you are an effing moron.

Nothing like the lack of civility to lend credence to an argument. This is one of the first things I look for in a post

2500 pages of "You Suck", "Oh Yeah well you Suck worse" commentary tends to provide a glimpse as to who the morons are.

Pay is about more than pay rate. That doesn't mean Move2CLT makes more or less than his peer at Sprit, just that looking at the rate doesn't give the whole picture. Back at PI I'd fly a 4 day trip and get 27-28 hours of pay. I'd take a week of vacation and get paid 54-56 hours pay for the vacation and only work 1 4-day trip that month (26-27 days off). When I retired I'd fly a much harder (tiring) 4 day trip and get 20-22 hours of pay. I'd take a weeks vacation, have at most 13 days off and be paid 20-22 hours for for my week of vacation.

Ah, yes. Again the good ol' days. Let me adjust your bib. You seem to be drooling.

If you don't remember the good old days, how do you know the new days are so bad? The mind is a terrible thing to waste...

Meanwhile, back at the injunction...

Does anyone know when a decision from Judge Conrad can be expected?
