BTW, while technically Cleary may not have testified on the stand that a slowdown was not occurring (I wasn't there so have no idea), in a sworn declaration to the court he said that the company's charge of a slowdown "couldn't be further from the truth."

Well, the hearing was expedited. The judge's final words, though, would seem to indicate that the decision will not be.

Sounds like he was underwhelmed by the company's case.

The Chipster also claimed months ago that the company and union had been shown a draft of the decision by Kasher. Naturally, it was a loss for the union, and the evil duo of Cleary and Parella were supposedly hiding this news from the pilots.

Come to think of it, I wonder if he typed that post from home or in the seat of an A321 on the way to Seattle, in violation of company policy and FAA regulations. 😀

The imagined slowdown the company dreamed up happens every day, without any pilot input. CLT in itself, with 36 R is now worse, instead of better. That added miles of taxi time. The addition of all the RJ s produces huge amounts of time every day.The 737 fleet is really showing its' age. When CLT runs out of de icing fluid, that produced thousands of hours of delay. Now Parker focuses on the East pilots. Looks like profit down, looks like fuel costs up, looks like a general operational malaise, nothing inspired by USAPA. If the judge issues an injunction against USAPA, the the Regionals need to be up next as their numbers are far worse. It is disparate treatment by the company to single out one group when another is far worse in performance.

The company puts SAFETY FIRST all over the place. Apparently East pilots from what I see were stupidly carrying maintenance items for the company. They realized it was a foolhardy behavior, and the risk was on the pilots. Why assume unnecessary risk for anyone, and it actually rewards those who choose to attack your group. So draw your baseline right there. It had to start somewhere, so that is where it started. May. I saw the numbers of items that were written up out of base versus in base, and so did the FAA. That fact was made available, and pilots are now adhering to the FAR s as well as the FOM. The East pilots were very smart being especially careful in CLT. That place is extremely dangerous at the tips of the concourses. I would suggest the company use their technology to pursue the fast taxiing aircraft versus the safer, slower traffic being careful. If you have a problem with this, it is just too bad.
By the way, since Aquaman made the bold revelations that a secret witness was going to blow the doors off USAPA Monday, where is the "secret witness testimony?" Have you guys out west figured out that the founders of Leonidas are just taking your hard earned money and delivering nothing? Aqua has made some bold predictions, none that came true.
