LADYS AND GENTLEMAN,

Im taking a moment to say thankyou to all the unions, there seems to be a lot of bashing going on ,on line.

lets all give thanks for all that unions do for our familys and our careers.

''All unions are good'' , they help to raise the pay and benifits for all of america.Remember that back in the 1920s and the 40s that if not for unions we would all be working for pennies.

Im sure that all of us have different opinions on what union is the best. But rest assured we all thank god for your dedication and time spent trying to help us and our familys....SO ....THANKYOU FROM ALL OF US....

your dedication and time do not go un noticed..you are very much apprieceated.... the IBT / IAM / ALPA /
CWA /AMFA /AFA /and all the others..

IM sure they would be glad to hear you ALL say thanks.

WE are all Americans and all union employees, we have a lot in common...lets concentrate on our simularitys and do less bashing....

THANKS AGAIN UNIONS.....ALL OF YOU......................WE THE EMPLOYEES SINCERLY ...APPRIECEATE YOUR WORK..

Thanks for B scale, multiple concessionary contracts, no retirement and a 40% pay cut. No thanks, I'd rather fare on my own!

So you're saying unions can do no wrong????????????
It amazes me how uneducated and spoiled some Americans are in regards to the history of representation in this country. That 5 or 15 minute break you and every other worker like yourself enjoys, is by virtue of the unions. The right to have some dignity and to be able to go to the bathroom, instead of urinating in the same workspot for 8-10 hrs. straight, is by virtue of the Unions. The right to have a vacation, a lunchbreak, and much needed sicktime, is ALL by virtue of the Unions. They didn't merely strike for it----they SUFFERED for it. They have been burned, stabbed, clubbed to death, shot, and dragged through the streets, for all the things every worker just merely takes for granted now as commonplace in his employment arena. These people did not strike to "start trouble", or for the more common mantra, "for money". These people went on strike to be treated as something more humane than a dog. They went on strike to be treated with more respect than a farm animal. If anyone in this country here today thanks that Corporate America is giving you that lunchbreak out of the goodness of his heart, you are sadly mistaken. Corporate America will gladly give you a 30-minute lunchbreak, UNPAID. Corporate America has to treat employees with some kind of decency, because that it the LAW! Nothing Corporate America gives to any employee is out of the goodness of their heart. Long-live UNIONS.
