Another thing that no one seems to be mentioning in these changes is that you just "lost" another hub, albiet it has become more of a focus city, that is Las Vegas. So in addition to the west PSA, FLA, BWI now Vegas can be written off.

For those that don't think your business customers are running away with these changes you only have to look at flyertalk.

The bonus miles have just put you over the edge.

What I don't get is what is the market Kettles or Business travelers. The airline is not marketing to either.

Flight attendants you rarely see sitting in the back reading magazines waiting to serve only at alloted times
