Any employee out there ever try to book an ed20 ticket from off the hub.
Whenever I do it my employee profile does not carry over to the reservation part to choose passengers etc.
 
1ab, I've played around with it to get some prices, but I have never booked a ticket with it. You should call the dot com help line and see if they can help you out.
 
Does anyone know the help desk # to reset your ID and password? Mine doesn't work at all.
