The title of this thread is an insult....to McDonalds.
Say what you might about McDonalds food and service, but they have CONSISTENCY down cold. In fact, it's so consistent that you can pretty much go into any McDonalds on the planet, order a Big Mac and have it taste EXACTLY like very other Big Mac you've ever eaten in every other McDonalds that you ever visited from the time you were born. The same thing goes with every food item. Even the service is disinterested and mediocre every time. Now THAT's consistency, and USAirways is the polar opposite of that in almost every respect.
