The Plan

To anyone on the board-

Has the "Plan" been presented to the employees yet? Did they
discuss it on Friday when our financial results were released?

I just want to see the "plan" so I can either buy into it or start
thinking about my future. If I believe in the plan then I will
suck it up and support it, if I don't, then "I" need to make decisions
about my future and not wait around.

Anyone have any information on "THE PLAN"?

The old phrase "the more things change, the more they stay the same" comes to mind. A mention was made of lowering distribution costs (sell more tickets thru the website?) and changing the way "we" schedule the planes (Works crews longer?), but all we worker bees see so far is the same lower costs mantra.

I dont know anything about "the plan" but I was flying from CLT to ABE via a connection in pit from a B-757 to a little 50 seat erj tonka toy jet and I heard from just about all of the employees through out the terminal that there will be major very deep concessions. if anyone can enlighten that be great.
 
Thanks for posting. It goes to show they have not
said word one about what the plan is. They need
to respect us enough to just come out and say what
it is they want, how they will participate so life can go
on one way or another.

I understand things are bad but I am just so tired of
hearing why we need to change but not how we are
goint to get there.

I for one just want the cold hard facts so I an make a
decision about my future. Hearing about "the plan" via
the media or rumors around work grows old.

I wish us the best and ask that they respect us enough
to just be honest and say what is needed, then decisions
can be made.

word on what is expected of us.

Ok...now don't you feel better...I know I do

I listened to David and his minnions the other day, and then I listened to 4th qtr results from SWA.....It's like we have children running this company..Very sad
 
THERE IS NO PLAN !!!!!!!!! This management team is in way over their heads. Not to worry.... it will all be over by July.
