Another conference call of the Board of Directors is being held as I type this. It started well before the voting deadline approached. I have a gut feeling that they are aware of the results in real time as the votes are cast.

Yea with my 1/3 of a 1/4 of a share of stock, I am going to by a ice cream cone. Unless the price has gone up again.
