The deceiver uses Arbitration Awards back prior to the IAM concession contract 1993 that changed everything as it pertains to outsourced work at NWA.

The IAM gives away the farm, and the industrial unionist try to blame AMFA.

It is good that most intelligent mechanics can sort the truth from distortions.

He gives great emphasis on the fact that the contract "did not allow" work to be outsourced, but what we are really talking about is the attempt to "prevent" work from being outsourced not "allow".

I am sure with a company union, butt kiss committee's that "review" work to be outsourced would work and thus the union would be under constant threat to give back more to keep work in house. But at what point do you stop the butt kissing, and lock in an amount that stops the threats?

Maybe the deceiver would be kind enough to give the complete arbitration case that references contract language in place at the time of the arbitration and what work was in question, instead of pieces of the decision, that includes more individual opinions of the poster rather than fact.
