I like to hear from the VFF's They add spice to what is said here. We need them and they like it here, so I see no problem with their posting, in fact, I like to see what they have to say. I must admit it is entertaining to see them change as our company changes. makes you wonder what our company has as their vision. They seem bent on pissing off the VFF's.

Our CUSTOMERS complaining are no different than our EMPLOYEES complaining. No, let me correct myself. Our Customers pay for a service that we are to provide in a professional manner. Trvlr64 has been anything but a US basher. Think before you speak (type), or atleast do some research so that you know what youre talking about

Most of the customer criticism here is constructive, and what is not constructive, in most cases the company has brought upon themselves. Granted a few tend to be long winded, but at the prices they are paying they are entitled.

Now, if we could just do something about the whinning employees...
