Those jobs are moving to Dallas also.

AA doesnt have enough employees to handle the work that is being moved.

The affected employees are being offered a move.

Dont let the facts get in your way.

And this is old news.

but wait... don't you think DL said the same thing to those mechanics in DTW and other employees in MEM that you have made such a production about?

of course they did. that is the way the industry works.

and no it isn't old news. the letter to employees came out just hours ago.

Yes it is old news.

Parker and others have stated OCC, MOC and SOC are all moving to Ft Worth.

Since you arent a US employee you wouldnt know that.

And at US when your work is moved, you get first choice to move with your job.

Unlike what happened at MEM and DTW, the work wasnt being moved, they were job cuts.

Spin master TouchDown.

DL, like AA, has provided jobs for every employee that has been affected by changes to its business plans... but you can't accept that because it would shoot down your whole "if it ain't a union job, it will lead to layoffs" despite the fact that claim is false.

Unionized employees at US are being given the same options that DL employees had.

Now tell us again, when was the letter released to employees in the PIT operations center regarding its closure?

No DL hasnt provided jobs for everyone, they have had layoffs at MEM, and now DTW.

And when the merger was being approved, US stated the OCC would move to Ft Worth.

Touchdown.

The only place that considers these sorts of contests a "war" is the C-Suite. Sure the money is nice, but I'm willing to bet most rank & file workers never give it much thought; they just keep doing the job to the best of their ability & that's that...

We at AA had this before. They called it AIP. No one gave 2 $hit$ about it. I put 100% of the measly bone us into my 401K. Kev is right, no one cares too much about his on the line.

Delta offered to pay for moves for all those displaced employees?

Maybe some actual Delta employees can confirm this. Or maybe you heard this in the break room you dropped into recently? Feel free to share with the board how that went.
