To those that think you can or will vacate the coming NMB decision in court

Ok, postponed...either (ee-th er)  or either (ahy-th er) way, it's currently not being pursued. How's that?

I had heard that the Arbitrator who was supposed to hear the grievance had a heart attack? No that is not a joke. Otherwise personally until there is a resolution in regards to retiree benefits "any kind of resolution" I don't think we have a case, yet?

Seriously? There is a big difference between withdrawn and postponed!

[SIZE=11pt]Yes Bob , you can do ALL of this, but how about correcting problems on the field?  It’s great to file grievances online, that's for sure, since we have to file grievances for EVERYTHING. As you guys cannot fix anything without one, and where does that grievance go?? [SIZE=11pt]JCBA-thats being tied up by the NMB, and since it affects all of us (514, 567, 591) any action on that to pressure the NMB to decide has to come from the International, we submitted thousands of signatures back in August saying that we do not want the Association, that we expect the NMB to apply the rules as written, and those signatures came from 591 and 514.[/SIZE]

Match-Once again, a grievance has been filed and that Grievance is the ATDs to move forward on. If you recall I spoke out very strongly against your buddy Dons language about "successful resolution of the 114 process " because I believed what has happened would happen. Did you vote Yes?
Just tell me once again BOB, exactly what have YOU done as my representative to fix this? Anything? Guess what, despite what you think, I have no buddys in the union past or present. As far as I’m concerned anyone that is, including some lower level reps, not all, for the most part is looking for their own personal scam.  
Shares- that is due to the lawsuit filed by former coworkers who took the bird in the hand and now want the two in the bush as well. Thanks to them we wont see those shares till the case is closed.

Thanks WeAAsles...Will just sit and wait. I know you wouldn't joke about a heart attack, that's some serious stuff.

Ouch! Remember the 591 has an Executive Board and they are responsible as a group for everything at the executive level.
 
As Bob correctly points out they were all voted in by all of us regardless of how we all voted. We all know the pitifully low turnout in the 591 election that brought this current board in to being. Again Bob correctly points out they can be recalled by the membership. Want them out? Start the process and have them booted. I feel that GP isn't really uniting the 591 membership. As GP notes work has been moved out of DFW to other stations like MIA and they gladly take the work and are seeing their numbers grow and better shift, day off, and vacation opportunities will follow.
 
I was surprised to hear that DFW is adding HC even though the 777 BC was pulled out but we keep hearing about DFW is getting banked again like the old days. We all know that DFW is badly managed and right now the DFW TWU membership is reaping the benefits in unlimited OT and we are so big the supervisors don't have a clue who is doing what at any given time. AA is making billions so who cares in upper management? They get their bonuses and we still get nothing.
 
It would be nice if JCBA started soon so we could get our cut before the airlines start crying oil prices again.
