It is of the upmost importance that all 141m members make it known to their IAM locals, across the country, that we demand our right to have observers present when the votes are counted. If we don''t , an over overwhelming NO VOTE will turn out to be a close YES. Don''t let the IAM steal this one or we will pay for it the rest of our lives.
